hal: refine audio type comparison for FLAG_INTERACTIVE

AUDIO_OUTPUT_FLAG_INTERACTIVE value is out of range
in audio output type definition. This would always
return false when comparing FLAG_INTERACTIVE.

Fix by using right logical operator.
