remove USES_DISPLAY_RENDER_INTENTS from vts2.3

Removes the USES_DISPLAY_RENDER_INTENTS macro from the 2.3 vts
suite.

Test: ./VtsHalGraphicsComposerV2_3TargetTest (passes same # of tests
