camera vts : cast android_convertGralloc1To0Usage to uint32_t before passing... 


camera vts : cast android_convertGralloc1To0Usage to uint32_t before passing to allocateGraphicBuffer.

This is done in order to avoid sign extension since we don't want to add additional flags.

Test: Run VTS on devices
