Update fingerprint AIDL for Android U

1. Adds sensor shape and touch detection configuration.
2. Adds onPointerCancelWithContext and setIgnoreDisplayTouches.
3. Adds LIFT_TOO_SOON constant to AcquiredInfo.
4. Deprecates SensorLocation displayId, onPointerDown, and onPointerUp.
