Merge changes from topic "support_stk_command_ussd_and_call" into main

* changes:
  Implement handling logic of SEND USSD STK command
  Implement handling logic of SET UP CALL STK command
  Fix indentation in switch block
  Parse SEND UICC and SET UP CALL commands from STK
  Add a parser to sequentially parse STK commands
  Make CallManager#dial to receive DialArgs as a parameter
