Update Operators.java with more VZW operator ID's found in apns-conf-cdma.xml

This helps/improves the (1X/3G/LTE) handoff issue plaguing d2vzw builds right
now.  Users of both official and my unofficial builds with this include note
the difference.  Where their phones would usually have great signal but no
connection type (1X/3G/LTE) next to their signalbars, requiring an airplane
mode toggle, now no longer need to as their phones handoff better/properly.

	PS2: kill the crlf from the original file.
	PS3: remove test SIM mcc/mnc pairs (00101 & 001010)
	PS4: remove 'dupe' VZW World APN (24681)
