Revert "Correct the apdu unit test"

This reverts commit fcdd82b6.

Reason for revert: causing flaky test:

> NEW FLAKE: Some method(s) are newly flaky in presubmit (see go/fingerprinting-docs), including:
> com.android.internal.telephony.uicc.euicc.apdu.ApduSenderTest.testSend_euiccSession_shouldNotCloseChannel,
> com.android.internal.telephony.uicc.euicc.apdu.ApduSenderTest.testSendTwice_euiccSession_shouldOpenChannelOnceNotCloseChannel.
