Change SatelliteError to SatelliteResult enum

The following changes are made in this cl:
- SatelliteError is changed to SatelliteResult
- SATELLITE_ERROR_NONE is changed to SATELLITE_RESULT_SUCCESS
- SATELLITE_RESULT prefix is added to all the values in the enum
