SF testing: Use BOOL_SUBSTITUTE instead of bools 

Use the pre-defined BOOL_SUBSTITUTE(Secure), and add
BOOL_SUBSTITUTE(HasIdentificationData) in
DisplayTransactionTestHelpers instead of raw booleans in the template
variables of the display variants to ensure there is no variables mixup.
