SF: Add outer EDID for display identificaiton testing

With EDID-based display IDs, similar EDIDs will produce the same IDs,
and because most tests will bypass HWComposer's ID conflict resolution
logic, we should avoid using the same EDID for different display objects
when testing display identification.

This patch introduces a new EDID blob for outer displays (i.e.outer
panel on a multi-panel device).
