Support kernel-side backward compatibility

As there's multiple async transactions(BINDER_LIB_TEST_NOP_TRANSACTION_WAIT) to be processed by the process (whose pid is "pid" here), IPCThreadState::self()->freeze() is supposed to return "-EAGAIN". But on OEM device, It returned NO_ERROR
