Merge changes from topic "color-auto-legacy-srgb" into pi-dev 

* changes:
  surfaceflinger: no re-saturation when in SRGB mode
  surfaceflinger: switch RE color matrices lazily
  surfaceflinger: remove hwcId < 0 path in doComposeSurfaces
  surfaceflinger: re-saturate all legacy dataspaces
