libbinder_ndk: rename things according to convention 

C++ wrapper namespace 'android' -> 'ndk'
AutoAIBinder -> SpAIBinder (to reflect usage, disambiguate with auto_ptr)
AutoA* -> ScopedA (to reflect usage, disambiguate with auto_ptr
