CodeGen(vk_parser): Output files from vk_parser.py and vkjson_generator.py

Key Updates:
- Extended vk.py to accomodate additional structs and extensions.
- Added new definitions to vkjson.cc, vkjson.h and vkjson_instance.cc files.
