InputDispatcher: Rename transferTouch APIs 

Rename the old 'transferTouchFocus' API to 'transferTouchGesture' to
avoid confusion with window focus. The old 'transferTouch' method is
deprecated, and is named 'transferTouchOnDisplay'.
