SF: RenderEngine->drawLayers takes GraphicBuffer instead of ANativeWindow
RE interface is going to be moved to AIDL. In order to make it AIDL compatible, drawLayer needs to take sp<GraphicBuffer> (because it's already flattenable) instead of ANativeWindow.
