libstagefright: Fix for specific clip not playing

-A specific clip has different values for sampling rate in ESDS atom
 and Program Config Element, a sub atom of ESDS.
-When those values are not same an error is returned and
 hence the clip is not played back.
-Fixed by considering the sample rate from ESDS as the correct one.
