Addressed deferred CL feedback comments.

This CL addresses several bits of feedback from previous CLs:
* ZygoteState.mABIList => ZygoteState.mAbiList
* Adding appropriate whitespace
* Finalizing variables where appropriate
* TEMP_RETRY_FAILURE around write
* Zygote.getSystemProperty => Zygote.getConfigurationProperty
