Alarm: Don't use invalid timerfd alarm types 

* The additional CLOCK_POWEROFF_ALARM entry is invalid for timerfd, and
  causes _ALL_ timerfd creation to fail, resulting in mostly
  nonfunctional alarms systemwide.
