Refactor SearchManager: 

- Move SearchManager out of BaseActivity.
- Refactor usage of onCurrentDirectoryChanged(int anim).
- Cancel search when directory changes.
- Enable testing for cancelling search when directory changes.
- Avoid recreating action bar when only the content of the directory is
  changed.
