Create DEVICE_PROFILE_AUTOMOTIVE_PROJECTION

Create DEVICE_PROFILE_AUTOMOTIVE_PROJECTION profile and
corresponding REQUEST_COMPANION_PROFILE_AUTOMOTIVE_PROJECTION
permission with protection_level: "internal|role"
Also add a logic that to skip the prompt if the role is not held
by system.
