Add test mapping for ScreenshotHelperTests

Runs tests on presubmit


Test: Ran `atest` in core/tests/screenshothelpertests,
`atest` successfully picked up screenshothelpertest as
a presubmit test, ran it, and the test succeeded. Test
output available here:
