HDMI: Add reason for feature abort

Some soundbar respond with invalid_operand when they do not support <Set
Audio Volume Level> while they should respond with unrecognized_opcode.
As soundbars do not receive OTA and GTV devices do not send invalid operand for
<Set Audio Volume Level> command, including this reason as one of the
feature not supported reason for better user experience.
