egl: fix GetProcAddress for EGLimage extensions 

Return wrappers from GetProcAddress for glEGLImageTargetTexture2DOES
and glEGLImageTargetRenderbufferStorageOES which unwrap the EGLimage
handle before calling through to the implementation.
