[Media TTT] Add a command line option to hide the undo button.

Mostly, this re-factors the Media TTT CLI to be more flexible in
handling any optional arguments.

Test: `adb shell cmd statusbar media-ttt-chip-sender MyTablet
TRANSFER_TO_THIS_DEVICE_SUCCEEDED showUndo=false` -> shows chipbar but
without undo button
Test: Other adb commands with other params (`useAppIcon=false`,
`id=someId`) still work correctly
