SpatializerHelper: Remove custom sensor handling 

Created for sc-v2 dev use, no longer needed in T.
Use Sensor.TYPE_HEAD_TRACKER instead.

Also, prefer to match head tracker to audio device uuid.

Test: head tracking BT buds works fine
