MediaSession2: Implement PlaylistParams replacements

This includes following changes
  - Remove PlaylistParams
  - Implement PlaylistParams replacements. Here's the list.
    - get/setShuffleMode()
    - get/setRepeatMode()
    - Note: Playlist metadata APIs are already submitted (b/74174649)
