Fix incorrect parameter in PooledLambda.obtainMessage

Found this as it is causing crashes on ag/25598347: `java.lang.ClassCastException: com.android.server.appop.AppOpsService$$ExternalSyntheticLambda12 cannot be cast to com.android.internal.util.function.UndecConsumer`. I have tested that this change fixes the
crashes.
