Adding MSDL feedback to Compose Bouncers.

Haptic feedback from the Multi-sensory Design Language (MSDL) is added
to the pin bouncer and the pattern bouncer. Interactions with new
haptics include taps on pin bouncer keys, dragging over dots in the
pattern bouncer, and unlocking and failure haptics when authentication
is resolved.
