Fix test failure in BiometricsUnlockControllerTest

onBiometricAuthenticated_onLockScreen checks if animateCollapsePanels is
triggered. Since keyguard remote animation is enabled, the keygaurd
unlock controller will fling the panel collapsed when it's ready, so
animateCollapsePanels is not triggered here anymore.
