Replace MockitoAnnotations with @Rule MockitoJUnit.rule(). 

Manual MockitoAnnotations.initMocks(this) is discouraged.
Migrated to @Rule MockitoJUnit.rule() for automatic mock/captor injection and enhanced test readability.
