Disable "forResult" auto opt in in UDC 

The automatic opt-in breaks the xTS test suites of UDC. The change
should have been guarded by a feature flag, but now fixing it by not
applying the changed behavior in UDC.

Test: atest BackgroundActivityLaunchTest (GSI & base)
