Extracting common tests into ThreeFingerGestureRecognizerTest

First step of introducing error state.
Across all currently handled gestures there were 5-6 repeating tests so I extracted them to common parametrized test - so changes will be more scoped when introducing error state.
More specific tests that measure progress or how velocity affects outcome remain in their respective recognizer tests.
