Do not un-autogroup bundled notifications on update

 Ungrouped notifications that were autogrouped will be un-autogrouped if the update sets a group name (and then regrouped after 3 seconds if app group still missing).
 However bundled notifications that remain bundled should not be un-autogrouped even temporarily.
