Populate vibration tab with sound items.

Populate the vibration tab with sound items using the current ringtone cursor (Future commits will update the cursor to get the vibration items list). Create part of the infrastructure to be able to select and play both sound and vibration using their corresponding URI (In this commit we will only play sound since the API to play both doesn't exist yet).
