PrintSpooler: Add optional debuglogs to RemotePrintDocument 

We want to add additional logging that may be enabled by the
debug.printing.logs.enabled system property.

Add the additional controllable logging to RemotePrintDocument

Test: Enable logs in UI and check logcat
