Limit the length of virtual input device names in ComputerControlSession.

Input device names are limited to 80 bytes. This change ensures that the generated names for virtual dpad, keyboard, and touchscreen devices do not exceed this limit by truncating the package name portion of the prefix if necessary and using shorter suffixes.
