Refine Folding animation

Refine folding animation from fade-in to left-right fade-in reveal.

Test: LightRevealScrimTest, FoldLightRevealOverlayAnimationTest
Test by locally flashing the build and checking if the animation looks good, send the screen recordings to UX and PM to approve as well.
