Setup Volume Panel infra

This CL achieves:
 - VolumePanelActivity which displays the Volume Panel;
 - Dagger infrastructure set up. Dependencies are split into logical
   modules for easy substitution.
 - Volume Panel components can be provided by the interactor and passed
   down to the View Model to be displayed.
