Cleanup DirectOutputThread::mActiveTrack

Rename activeTrack to mActiveTrack.
Release the reference earlier, at the end of threadLoop_mix().
This allows the field to be made private and to
  move the declaration from PlaybackThread to DirectOutputThread.
