[Flexiglass] Show/hide bouncer overlay in test

Whenever the primary bouncer is requested,
make sure to request the bouncer overlay too.

This ensures all previous tests are valid (and passing)
in DeviceEntrySideFpsOverlayInteractorTest when
the scene container is enabled.
