Revert "Single commit representing uiext-1.5r2."

From uiext-1.5r2, I kept changes to introduce
TypedArray#getDrawableWithContext as well as a fix to LinearLayout which
allows a default style to be supplied to its constructor.

There was a strange issue with public.xml which required that I remove
an unused attribute (colorTertiary) as well.
