Prevent flicker on PRIMARY_BOUNCER->LOCKSCREEN when dragging

The manual transition was sending 2 CANCELED events. One was
occuring in the FromLockscreenTransitionInteractor and the
second from the KeyguardTransitionRepository. There is no
need to send the first since it is well covered.
