[SB Refactor] Add better logging for the network type icon.

Instead of logging `networkTypeIcon|Resource(res=2131232263,
contentDescription=Resource(res=2131952280))`, it'll now log:

showNetworkTypeIcon|false
networkTypeIcon|LTE
