unfold: move some dependencies into SysUIUnfoldComponent

Move  injections into SysUIUnfoldComponent
- UnfoldLatencyTracker
- NaturalRotationUnfoldProgressProvider

Pure mechanical refactor. Fixed a few minor lint.
