Fuzz readParcelable API of Parcel 

Use null class loader to fuzz readParcelable.

Test: m java_binder_parcel_fuzzer && ./jazzer_helper.sh --fuzz_target
      java_binder_parcel_fuzzer --target_class parcelfuzzer.ParcelFuzzer
