Boost MAX_CACHED_PROCESSES and reduce freezer timeout. 

Set MAX_CACHED_PROCESSES to 1024 (effectively unlimited) on all
devices. Increase the TRIM_EMPTY time to 1000 hours on all devices.

Also, reduce freezer timeout to 10s from 10m on all devices in order
to support larger MCP.
