Remove FLAG_GROUP_SUMMARY when updating auto-grouped notifications 

  When updating summary notifications that have been force grouped,
   ensure that the FLAG_GROUP_SUMMARY is cleared on all possible code paths that modify flags.
  Also: exempt media notifications from auto-grouping.
