[SB] Add table logs in HomeStatusBarViewModel for keyguard state.

It will make bugs like b/430055269 easier to debug, since we only need
to look at 1 bugreport view not 2.

Test: lock & unlock a few times then dump HomeStatusBarViewModel[0] ->
verify keyguard state is logged
