RemoteController class to expose IRemoteControlDisplay features 

Wrap all the features of IRemoteControlDisplay.aidl in a
 new class, RemoteController, that implements the
 IRemoteControlDisplay interface.

The API functions to expose in the SDK are tagged with
 "CANDIDATE FOR API"
